Here is <a href=\"https:\/\/support.lesley.edu\/support\/solutions\/articles\/4000186831-resetting-your-password\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">how to reset your password<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>When signing into Zoom, use the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.lesley.edu\/support\/solutions\/articles\/4000162481-signing-into-zoom-using-single-sign-on\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SSO (Single Sign-on) option<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>HyFlex Cart<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Whenever possible, reboot the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.lesley.edu\/support\/solutions\/articles\/4000132138-using-the-viewsonic-interactive-display-hyflex\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HyFlex Media Cart in the classroom<\/a>.\n<ul>\n<li>If the HyFlex Media Cart is already off when you enter your classroom, just turn it on and you should be good to go.<\/li>\n<li>If the HyFlex Media Cart is on and logged in when you enter your classroom, please restart it following the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lesleyelis.com\/elisblog\/files\/2022\/09\/Viewsonic-Directions.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">directions (pdf)<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>When your class is over, please remember to shut down the HyFlex Media Cart before leaving.<\/li>\n<li>You can move the cart, but it is limited to the tether attached to the cart.\n<ul>\n<li>Be careful to avoid rolling over any wires and cables.<\/li>\n<li>The cart is heavy, please take care not to harm yourself or others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Personal Computer\/Laptop<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>If possible, reboot your personal computer\/laptop before starting your teaching session.\n<ul>\n<li>There are many <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tworivercomputer.com\/reboot-computer-once-week\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">benefits of restarting your computer<\/a> and sometimes, that is all it needs to take to fix many issues, for example, connectivity, memory, and other performance issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/support.lesley.edu\/support\/solutions\/articles\/4000151049-eduroam-faq\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Connect to Lesley\u2019s primary wireless network, Eduroam<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>If you join the Zoom meeting from your personal computer, in addition to the HyFlex Cart, please remember to mute your microphone and silence your computer\u2019s audio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Online Meeting Space<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Encourage everyone to test their microphone, web camera and speakers prior to or at the start of every virtual session.\n<ul>\n<li>If you\u2019re able to, try to set up your classroom a few minutes early.<\/li>\n<li>Remember to think about your background in the video. If you or your students are not in an environment that can be shared, try <a href=\"https:\/\/support.lesley.edu\/support\/solutions\/articles\/4000170234-zoom-virtual-backgrounds\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">using a virtual background<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Remind your students to not sit directly in front, behind, or below a bright light source. Experiment with moving lamps and the camera until you can see your face brightly lit on screen. Covering a bright window or moving to another location may help.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Try to have your students attend your class meetings in a quiet, indoor location to control ambient noise.\n<ul>\n<li>If they&#8217;re unable to attend from a quiet location, ask them to mute microphone before joining the class meeting.
