This time they are blocking communications sent from myLesley in hopes of disrupting eLearning. Will Agent L be able to outsmart them? Do you have time for a cup of coffee?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ben Friday:<\/strong> Not today, Agent L. GITS are at it again. They are blocking emails sent from myLesley. No one is getting their messages. It\u2019s a disaster!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Agent L: <\/strong>Calm down, Ben. Tell me what\u2019s happening.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ben:<\/strong> GITS has changed the email address that all the myLesley course emails are sent from. They are now coming from do-not-reply@blackboard.com except not everyone is getting them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Agent L:<\/strong> Let\u2019s take a look at your email. It must be there somewhere. Here they are. All the emails are in your Junk Email folder. We tell Office 365 that they emails are ok.<br \/>\n<em>(Agent tip: Go to lesley.edu\/email to access Office 365 with your Lesley email address and password.)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>From within Office 365, click on the <strong>gear icon<\/strong> in the top right corner. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lesleyelis.com\/elisblog\/files\/2016\/02\/Settingsicon.png\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2558\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2558 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lesleyelis.com\/elisblog\/files\/2016\/02\/Settingsicon.png\" alt=\"Settingsicon\" width=\"146\" height=\"39\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Choose <strong>Options<\/strong> from the menu.
